If I allow an Ebay bidder to retract a bid, how will that affect my other previous bids?
Like, the highest bidder has $50 on an item.
The 2nd bidder has been trying to beat his amount, but he's only at $40. Still isn't in the lead, tho he's trying. If the highest bidder retracts the bid (which I'm allowing), how will that affect the 2nd Bidder's $40 bid?
Does it just go back down to that price?
Right. The second bid, which is $40, now becomes the highest bid. But it stays at $40.
