DDR( Dance Dance Revolution) is a game were you use a mat and you use your legs to press on the mats(like twister) whenever the game tells you to. it's a rhythm game and it's pretty fun. DDR for wii isn't that good but if you have a ps2 or ps1 you should check it out it has pretty good songs in it.
there is a workout mode where it lets tells you how much calories you burn each time you press the mat. (my brother lost 2 pound while play ddr for 2 days)
there aren't much exercise games yet for the wii but Wii Sports boxing is a crazy workout. wii sport 2 resort is coming (you can play race jetski, sword fighter, play fresbe with your dog(wii dog not really dog 
and maybe beach volleyball but not comfirm yet.
there is also snowboarding for the wii which use your wiifit it's not a exercising game but if you use your whole body i think it's qualify.(there is a skateboarding coming out too)
