On Mario Kart: Super Circuit for the GBA, how do you unlock the SNES tracks?
It says that you have to win a Gold Trophy in one of the cups, and then re-enter it and get 100 coins. I did that, but I can't get into the SNES race tracks?

It looks like I am a lucky one as I managed to unlock them 
Here is what you should do:
In order to unlock each classic cup you must first complete the entire circuit one time with at least a gold in each race. Then play through that each cup one more time and collect at least 100 coins and the Classic SNES version of that cup will then be unlocked.
Make sure that you have it all done, both, not just one requirement.
It happens sometimes that the game got somehow corrupted (had this problem once with Zelda). Sometimes replaying helps, sometimes there is nothing can be done. But I still believe you are missing something there.
