Ok I need perfect skin by september 7th i.e. the first day of school. HELP?
Here's the story. I've never had tragic skin but since about 5th grade it's never been perfect. I started using prescription retin- a micro gel and my skin greatly improved. I've been using it since february. Now, i know i can have perfect skin if i stop freaking picking/touching my face. But it's realllyyy harddd. Please help me! Any ideas, break the bad habit! also any tips for healing spots/scratches that i've picked at ASAP. please please please.

K i have the same issues with picking and popping zits too hard . the best thing to do is when you get a zit is to just leave it and use a concealer to cover it . every time you feel like picking at it just remember what you are doing to your skin , that's what i do . I use bare essentials bare minerals powder foundation and it honestly creates flawless skin . i love it . it also looks like you aren't wearing makeup ! to cover redness use a concealer that is the same color as your skin tone and pat down . i find cream concealer sticks work the best coverage wise . With the mineral foundation i also find that i haven't gotten any zits, this would be because it is dry and non oily so instead of clogging your pores it allows them to breathe . Another thing is when you have a problem zit put a small amount of WHITE toothpaste , only white or your skin can turn the color of the toothpaste on the zit . or you can also rub rubbing alcohol or cologne on it or you can create an aspirin mask by crushing one tablet of aspirin and adding water to create a creamy solution, you only apply it to the zit because it can dry your skin out . Another good method is using a salicylic acid on the zit .
