Ds Lite... R4i...4gb Card. Confused about Kernel & Firmware?
R4i SDHC NDSi XL Card with 4GB Kingston microSDHC Memory Card
I have a DS Lite. I purchased the above which is compatible with the Lite.
Now... I'm confused!!! What is Kernel and what is firmware & do I need them both??? & HOW do i get them??
My Lite has v5 firmware (i think!) cuz on youtube i checked out how to check and my screens went pink.
Plz HELP!!

Just go there and download the firmware. Then you just drag the folders onto your Micro SD card
Kernal is kinda like a patch. It fixes the mistakes on the firmware.
