Any motor bike rider is in the sport because of the thrill of the game and the adrenaline rush that it provides. There are some who use it to relieve stress or clear their mind.
In the recent past, there has been an addition of new motor biking enthusiasts. This is a result of the immediate release of the MotoGP 08 on various game stations like Xbox 360 and PS3. Thus, today it becomes more important to look at the technique required for motorbike riders who are more simulation oriented.
There are different riding methods which you can use in order to become an accomplished and fast motorcycle rider. No doubt, there is no better technique than practising and refining your riding skills. The new technique, however, will teach riders how to speed up one's thought process while riding a bike.
The first thing that you need to come to terms with as a motorcycle rider is to know that most of the new Sims of a motorbike have the bike and the rider independently. This cause a slight disconnect for new riders. For instance, in case of a car, you simply turn the wheel and the car takes the turn round the corner.
But for motorbikes, the process is slightly different. You need to set up the process somewhat before time. So, as a rider when you first move the stick on your controller, you can actually feel that your weight being shifted to a particular side of the motorbike. After the shift is done, the motorbike begins to lean towards the corner, beginning the cornering process.
Here, as rider you may feel like there is a slight delay in the change in the controller and the completion of the actual process. Thus, it is one of the most important things that you should know as a MotoX rider.
The next thing that you will have to get used to is separate brakes that the bike has for the front tyre and the rear tyre. You will realise that it is not the same to control the brakes in a game and to do it actually on the live track. Suddenly, you will have triggers as brakes for front and rear wheel and the throttle being controlled by the R stick.
Most of the MotoX games or MotoGP 08 follows the old school technique of gas and brake triggers. But with this technique, you can never hope to be a fast rider. This is because the technique of front and rear breaking gives you the power to stop and also shift the line towards the corner only using front brakes.
Thus, here you will be able to display expert finger dexterity with all the keys on your bike and can become an expert bike rider.
