what does an Xbox 360 Nyko Intercooler do?
I have an xbox 360 but it keeps on annoying my mum because the fan keeps making a noise what does the nyko intercooler do
well the intercooler i believe hooks onto the back of the xbox and supposedly cools it better. But if your issue is the noise then its just going to make it louder because i believe the intercooler has three extra fans. Also i know someone who works at a game store and he said that it will actually break your xbox beccause for some reason it makes it work harder "maybe because it has to supply the power to run 3 extra fans." If you want a quiet system get the PS3. What i did with my xbox is i have this cabinet with a glass door on front and its open on the back, i then wired a computer power source fan to a plug and that sucks the hot air out. When the front is closed it is significantly quieter.
