Does anyone use an Epson Stylus Pro 4000 sublimation printer?
My color settings are all out of whack. To print red, I have to set colors on my screen as hot pink - for royal blue, I have to set as light/neon blue. I talked to "support line" and they had me change a few settings, but that messed up my settings to my other printers. Any help is appreciated. (Using Windows XP - working on designs in CorelDraw 10)
You need to get authorised. The printer should be calibrated for color.
Contact them. If its under warranty they should do it free of cost. Otherwise you need to pay.
