I am sure most of you have heard of this game Metal Slug. It is a series of video games first released on arcade machines and game consoles from the company SNK. In this game, there is an 'infinite' number of enemies which you have to kill. You will only accomplish a mission when you 'kill' the 'king'. As a player, you can make use of powerful weapons such as machine guns, missile launchers and grenades. I was playing this game on PSP the other day and somehow this game gave me a few ideas on building a successful home-based business. We shall see how the Metal Slug game is related to your business.
1. Look before you leap. In the game, you need to jump over obstacles and enemies' fire. You need to look before you jump recklessly. There were times I simply jumped blindly. This has resulted in my 'deaths'. Same goes for your internet business. Before you actually join a business, you need to do some research. Is it a scam? Is it too good to be true? If you jump in without doing any research, you might end up losing more time and money.
2. Haste makes waste. The faster I try to complete the game, the easier I 'die'. I grew impatient at times and just want to kill off the enemies as quickly as possible. Building an online business is the same. A successful business takes time and patience to nurture. Trying to rush things will only shadow your marketing efforts.
