Is this a good deal for broken PS3 and games?

A guy wants my broken 60G PS3, cod4, cod5, splinter cell, madden 08, MGS4 and two VERY used controllers all for $250.

I want to get another PS3 and ill buy cod 5 again cuz that one is stuck in the system and i cant get it fixed from sony cuz i bought it from the black market so it might be stolen. i know 60G are rare and are backwards compatible so i dont know if im getting a good price..... so help me out brothers
yea, i only play with cod5, the other games ive beaten
it cost $150 to fix it but i doubt the serial number is even registered in sony's computer

it depends on whats broken about it. you can figure that the games can be worth about $20 each if you were to sell them at like gamestop or something, but i know with my PS3 when it died, it DIED. it wouldnt read any type of disc, dvd, bluray, nothing. it was only really worth MAYBE $100 since the whole reader needed to be replaced, but the actual harddrive still worked fine. controlers really arent that much, so i doubt you'd get much for them.

as for the game being stuck, that might show that something else is wrong with the system... and getting that disc out might even further damage it (damage the lense or soemthing like that)...

i'd say you'd be lucky to sell the system for $100, but you might be able to sell all the games (minus cod5) seperatly (or bundled)
